How to Use Google Analytics for Begineer

Google Analytics is a free service offered by Google that generates detailed statistics about the visitors to a website. By using Google Analytics, we can know how is the track of our blog visitors from all referrers, including search engines, display advertising, pay-per-click networks, email marketing and digital collateral such as links within PDF documents.

We can sign up for Google Analytics at google.com/analytics. From there, you can create a new, free account. If you advertise on Google's AdWords system, you can also sign up for Analytics from within your AdWords account. Google Analytics has been closely integrated into your AdWords account under the new Analytics tab: click the tab and follow the instructions to start tracking AdWords campaign data and ROI information.

Here are the steps you can follow if you want to register at Google Analytics:
1. Log in to http://www.google.com/analytics
2. Click Access Analytics
3. After that enter your Gmail adress and password. Click sign in
4. Press the button to sign up in the box Sign up for Google Analytics
5. Submit your blog information in Analytics: New Account Signup on the part of general information. Write your website's URL, account name, time zone country or territory, and time zone. Click continue.
6. In Analytics: New Account Signup, write your last name, first name, phone number, country or territory. Click continue.
7. Then in Analytics: New Account Signup, give check mark in the term of Yes, I agree to the above term and conditions. Click Create New Account.
8. After that Google will give you the HTML code, copy (Ctrl+C) the new tracking code.
9. Go to your blog account. Log in to your blog, Go to layout, edit HTML. Paste (ctrl +V) the code in the body. Don't forget to click save.
10. Back to Google Analytics page, click the continue button
11. We will see a table that contain your blog address that was registered. Select link view reports.
12. Wait about 24 hours for Google process your information.

After a few days to try to enter the web with Google Analytics, press the access analytics button, log into your account, and click view reports. You can start analyzing your visitors.
